The Festival of Nations is an annual event which travels across 23 different cities in Spain during the year. In Seville it usually takes place in the Prado de San Sebastián, which is located in the city centre, close to the Plaza de España, Real Alcazar and the Cathedral of Seville. It is easily accessible by tram (Prado tram stop is just 50m away), by metro line 1 (Prado metro station) and numerous local city buses.
The Festival runs from late September to early November, for about 5 weeks. This year it will take place from
29th of September – 1st of November 2017
The Festival of Nations is a perfect meeting place for diverse cultures. More than 50 nations will be represented at this annual event, turning the Prado de San Sebastián into a fantastic open-air stage where visitors can enjoy the multicultural diversity of the world. You will buy arts and crafts, jewellery, clothing, furniture, music and more from countries from all continents. In addition, music and entertainment and gastronomy are some of the main components of the Festival. There are various international acts mixed with some local and national entertainment. But don't expect food, crafts and entertainment from all 50 countries. Some countries are specialized on only one or two of the components.
The entrance is free. So you only have to pay for what you eat, drink or buy ;)
