Q1: When do I have to pay the rent?


A1: You pay the rent 1 time per month and it is always at the beginning of the month between the 1th and 5th. Remember to always check when these days are because sometimes some of them fall under the weekend, which means you have less days to stop by the office. RoomSevilla will send you a reminder each month to make sure that you don't forget these dates. Should it be that you are not able to stop by during these dates, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can work something out. If you don't have a valid reason for not to pay your rent on time, you will be charged a €35 fine for each day until you pay. When it comes about utility bills you pay it always with the next month rent after recieving the e-mail informing about the cantity each of the flatmates need to pay.

You can pay by cash in the office , in case you cannot stop in the office you can pay by bank transfer or Paypal . Remember we need to recieive the full rent and utility bills amount , and if any Payment Fees charged we are not responsible for them , so the most recommended method of Payment is cash to make sure always that we recieve the FULL  amount of the rent and bills.





Q2: What happens if I'm too late with my rent payment?

A2: If you are too late with paying your rent you will be charged a €35 fine for each day until you pay the whole amount, unless you have a valid reason. If you're not able to pay your rent in time, please let us know so we can work something out. It´s always important to inform us if there is any delay with your payment .



Q3: How much is the utility bills and when do I pay it?

A3: The utility bills are 35 € per month and you pay every month betweem 1st and 5th together with the rent . In case the bills extend the average usage of 35 € / month the difference will be deducted from your deposit .



Q4: What is the deposit for and when do I get it back?

A4: The deposit is a safety deposit which we only use if you break something or in case of no payments. We keep the deposit until we recieve the last utility bill. Always on the final date of the contract we make the last cleaning and maintainance flat check to make sure you left your flat clean and everything is working properly. We have legaly 45 working days from the final date of the contract to transfer you back the rest of the deposit amount. Once the amount of the bill is deducted the remaining amount gets transferred back to you. For that after you leave we ask you to sent us an e-mail with following account data : IBAM , BIC/ SWIFT number and your adress in your country to be able to do the international transaction , in case you have spanish bank account , then the account number is enough.
